Не компилирует Webpack

Webpack 4 перестал компилировать Вот выдает ошибку

Поменял адрес сервера в конфигурационном файлике и все заработало

        overlay: true,
        publicPath: "/",
        host: '192.168.0.102',
        port: '8081'
    },
