Всем привет,у меня проблема с использованием await,signal

Есть Порт,Корабли и Система Доставки/Разгрузки,корабли либо загружает,либо делает доставку в порт контейнеров,а в свою очередь DeliveryClass забирает или загружает контейнеры при работе корабля и порта. Вроде бы создал методы для корабля и Delivery в контроллерах с await,signal,но не понятно как сделать что бы поток Delivery работал бесконечно и срабатывал только тогда,когда будет вызван await()(т.е когда порт будет полным,либо пустым);
