Есть SVG-карта страны с разбивкой по областям. Каждая область это polygon. Нужно сделать, чтобы при клике на область появлялся балун с подсказкой, причём, в балуне может быть html (< strong> и < br> в основном). Сам файл вывожу на страницу с помощью < object>.

Перегуглил весь интернет, нашёл только плагин tooltipster, который вроде как работает с SVG, но по факту - в инструкциях об этом ничего не говорится.

Может, подскажете способ реализовать задумку?

  • да, всё работает, но это когда файл svg вставляется на страницу кодом, а мне нужно object'ом, или хотя бы img'ом, потому что их на странице будет куча – Alexandros 13 май в 11:05
  • @Alexandros тогда придется мудрить, можно например воспользоваться пикингом - определение цвета и по нему определять что под мышкой, я попозже сделаю пример, это уже не тривиально, но возможно – Stranger in the Q 13 май в 11:26

Вот пример того, о чем я писал в комментах к другому ответу, здесь есть свои недостатки, но svg вставлена через img и по какому кругу произошел клик - различается

По клику мы определяем цвет второй картинки, в которой области отмечены цветами-идентификаторами. получить такую картинку легко из исходной...

Такой метод определения того что находится под мышкой - называется Picking, я его использую в WebGL/OpenGL когда сцена сложная, а поределить что под мышкой все же хочется за разумное время, подходит и для динамических сцен https://ru.stackoverflow.com/a/962780/188366
