Python при написании бота обратной связи выдает непонятную ошибку

Так вот после запуска выдает

Вместо

TOKEN = os.environ['ТОКЕН']

используйте

TOKEN = os.environ['TOKEN']

т.к. имя переменной среды должно писать с английскими буквами.
