Изменяющийся размер кнопок

Есть такая вёрстка Activity.

В зависимости от ширины экрана размер кнопок разный, а нужно чтобы всегда был одинаковый. Подскажите пожалуйста, как это сделать?

Проверил, надо просто убрать android:layout_weight="1" у кнопок
