Переключение языка с cookie

Question

Есть такой простой скрипт и библиотека cookie. Как сделать,чтобы скрипт запоминал, какой язык был выбран даже после перезагрузки или перехода на другую страницу сайта?

Я бы рекомендовал не использовать плагин для хранения данных на клиенте, вместо этого использовать localStorage. Вот пример кода:
