Изменить span на input

Подскажите пожалуйста, есть код в котором по нажатию на span изменяется на input.

Как сделать что бы при нажатии на текст изменить span изменялся на input?

Вместо замены span на input можно использовать атрибут contenteditable="true".

<span id="lblName" contenteditable="true" class="editable">Mudassar</span><p contenteditable="true">Изменить</p>
