Сама ошибка появляется во время вызова body = world.createBody(def);

В Box2d обьект может удаляться 2 раза, а тому нужно сделать что-то типа

if(body.isActive())
{
      body.setActive(false);
      body.setUserData(null);
      body.getWorld().destroyBody(body);
      body = null;
}
