Как сделать, опускание toolbar при скроллинге страницы вниз?

Question

Как сделать, чтобы когда страницу скроллишь вниз тулбар нижний поднимался, а когда вверх сколлишь он опускался бы.(речь идет про toolbar2)

Опустить toolbar не получается, чтобы он просто поднимался
