Почему dbConnection остаётся null?

Ругается на то, что база данных не существует. Действительно, dbConnection почему-то так и остаётся null.

:postgresql::port/db вот тут ошибка. укажите корректные данные.

postgresql - это адрес базы, где она лежит,

port - порт(число),

db - имя схемы(базы)
