Здравствуйте! у меня есть приложение под андроид которое взаимодействует с базой данных. апи написано на пхп. я пхп не учил, но переделал код под свои нужды, в принципе все работает. но проблема с русским языком. Когда я делаю регистрацию появляются в полях базы такие символы "????".
