Я написал следующую программу. Файл создан в eclipse.

Далее я откомпилировал программу командой

javac -classpath /export/hadoop-1.0.1/hadoop-core-1.0.1.jar -d folder/classes folder/src/ParallelIndexation.java

Затем для native методов я попытался создать .h файл

root@one:/export/hadoop-1.0.1/folder/classes/org/myorg# javah -jni ParallelIndexation

В результате получил следующую ошибку

Error: Could not find class file for 'ParallelIndexation'.

В каталоге /export/hadoop-1.0.1/folder/classes/org/myorg находятся 3 файла: ParallelIndexation$Map.class, ParallelIndexation$Reduce.class, ParallelIndexation.class.

Надо было

root@one:/export/hadoop-1.0.1/folder/classes/# javah -jni org.myorg.ParallelIndexation
