Вы пробуйте хотя бы с помощью гугля переводить текст ошибки и все станет ясно. incompatible data type значит не совместимые типы.

CLIENTID и ID имели типы BIGINT и INTEGER соответственно. После объявления этих полей одним типом ошибка исчезла.
