AttributeError: 'InteractionResponse' object has no attribute 'send'

Что переводится как:

Объект 'InteractionResponse' не имеет метода 'send'

В интеграции для отправки текста используется send_message(). А также вы используете переменную ctx, которая нигде не определяется.

Итог:
