Ошибка при подключении Razor Templating

Question

Я пытаюсь воспользоваться nuget Razor.Templating.Core, https://github.com/soundaranbu/RazorTemplating

Он мне выдает ошибку Could not load type 'System.Web.PreApplicationStartMethodAttribute' from assembly 'System.Web при вызове services.AddRazorTemplating(); в startup.

В чем может быть проблема?
