В первый параметр CmdLine нижеприведенной функции передается терминальная команда. Результат выполнения записывается в параметр ListStdOut. Проблема заключается в том, что в ListStdOut записывается строка с иероглифами вместо ожидаемой строки. Как правильно передать данные о кодировке в эту функцию?
