  • Читаю из файла это: 0.0 0.5 0.5 0.5 -0.5 0.5 -0.5 -0.5 1.5 И всё это пытаемся забить в буфер вершин.

Отсутствует инициализация g_pd3dDevice

ID3D11Device*           g_pd3dDevice = NULL;

В дальнейшем вы пытаетесь разыменовывать NULL

g_pd3dDevice->CreateBuffer( &bd, &InitData, &g_pVertexBuffer );

Если Вы предоставили полный код, то для решения данной проблемы следует в указатель занести адрес, где будет расположен элемент типа ID3D11Device
