Не удается отправить PUSH уведомление

Id пользователя получаю, все есть. Но при попытке отправить curl запрос(POST). Для передачи сообщения пользователю. Получаю сообщение

В первом случаи 404 ошибка, во втором 301. Что не так выполняю?
