Похоже, что ошибка в строках

numm_1 = input1.substr(0,1);
demm_1 = input1.substr(2,3);

Ваш код очень сильно завязан на формат входных данных. символ больше-символ меньше и все...

Либо делайте нормальный парсинг, либо придумывайте другой ввод.
