не могу установить tensorflow, используя virtualenv, впрочем как и без virtualenv

пишу в консоли: (env) C:\Users\User>pip install tensorflow

Ошибка связана с проблемами в сети.

Увеличьте timeout:

pip install --default-timeout=1000 tensorflow
