I'm trying cover the method RequestAsync with unit tests.

                if (this.lockRequest.CurrentCount == 1)
                {

                Logger.Info("ExitRequestDataAsync for address: " + key);
            }
        }

If more precisely, I'd verify this lock behavior in finally block. To make sure that StartPollingAsync starts execute only when all other requests are completed.

But when I run this code I got different behavior of this. In case when I run this test locally on my machine I get this output:

But when i push this test into Jenkins, I got another output:

It seems that it runs synchronously.

Why it happens? Is there case to fix it, to get the same behavior anywhere?
