Как создать модальное диалоговое окно при запуске приложения PyQt5

Question

Как сделать чтобы при запуске программы открывалось диалоговое окно (модальное), а главное окно запускалось после завершения работы диалогового.

Также я хочу чтобы потом можно было вызывать диалоговое окно, но оно не завершало работу главного окна.
