загрузка from keras.models import load_model

пытаюсь в jupyter notebook загрузить from keras.models import load_model выходит ошибка

устанавливал h5py через pip

Прочитайте статью, в части использования Anaconda. Ознакомьтесь с документацией по ее использованию. Переустановите свое окружение.

Если это не поможет, опишите по пунктам. На какую ОС, что качаете, как ставите, как используете.
