Подключаю mongo. Выводит ошибки. Не могу понять их значимость и что править???Помогите, подскажите, пожалуйста.

Ошибки вот такие в терминале выводит:

Server has been started on 5000 //показывает что сервер подключен, а вот дальше.....?????
