Установка OpenSSL для Python3

При установке

pip3 instal pyopenssl

Ошибка:

Как решить эту проблему?

Проблему решил удалением старой версии pip

sudo apt-get remove --purge python-pip
sudo rm -rf /usr/local/lib/python2.7/{dist,site}-packages/pip*
sudo rm -rf /usr/local/lib/python2.7/{dist,site}-packages/pillow*

Ответ тут нашел
